I'm new to this forum but not to OH. I had WLS 4/14/2013 went from 289 to initial weight of 170. In 2006 after my first TKR surgery, I was unable to continue my walking regimen and started gaining weight. Now I'm treading water (water aerobics and swimming) 4-5 times a week. I'm hoping there is someone here who can shed some light on RNY revision surgery (is it worth it) or if I just start a protein feast to jump start my weight loss again?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
