Taking a long bus ride....

I am taking a long bus ride from michigan to minnesota I leave tomorrow I am having lots of back and ankle pain today I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the ride out there that may be useful for pain and comfort, I am still waiting on the dr to get my records from my old dr in order to receive my Norco so I am only working with flexeril, mobic and whatever u suggest.....

Boy that is a tough one. Maybe a couple of ho****er bottles and stretching and walking when you stop. Sorry I don't have anything more helpful.
