Nice scale victory to share with you guys. As a heavy weight I never expected to get here, but here I stand. My muscle mass is now greater that my fat mass. There actually is a light at the end of the tunnel and I really do have to consider how I will maintain since soon losing will not be an option at all!! Good problem to have!

Woot woot!  WTG!

I was silly enough NOT to go for help on how to maintain and I actually gained 25lbs..lol..only myself to blame of course and now I'm back on track but didn't think at all that maintaining was as tricky as the rest.  Make sure you grab a hold of the process before your brain actually knows that its maintaining time...lol

Yep. Maintenance is definitely the hard part. Congrats on getting back on track. Always stay diligent.
