I have been lurking on the boards for a while, and have always enjoyed the "Oh! my! goodness! I! have! a! date!!!!!" posts.

And now I get to add mine! Please bear with me if you're sick of these posts.

Man, I thought this day would NEVER COME. I have chickened out at least 4 times over the past 5 years.

I regret that ... and at the same time, I know that I KNOW that I am ready now.

Lord knows I have a LONG way to go.

But I am SO HAPPY to be at this stage of the journey!!

Looking forward to joining you all on the loser's bench!!

What shall I return to the Lord for all his bounty to me?
