Saw the orthopedic dr today....

I am thrilled to say that I saw the orthopedic dr today about my ankles and while I will still need physical therapy he gave me two lace up braces for my ankles AND I can drive and SWIM!!! I am very happy about the ability to swim again I find it a great way to get exercise in and it works all of my muscles safely!

The only way left is UP UP UP!
