Weekly weigh in 07/08/17-13/08/17

morning weekly weighers!

im not at home, so I don't have any stats, but I weighed in at 191.8 for 5 days straight last week, so I'm hoping things move along when I'm back. Tomorrow is my 11 month surgeversary, but I won't have an official weigh in until Wednesday AM. I think this is will be the first time my monthly loss will be under 10 pounds. we'll see.

im not at goal yet, but I am already starting to see the pitfalls of maintenance. What is balance, what is a slippery slope?? I had some popcorn at the movies yesterday. Because vacation? Or because looking for a reason to eat things I shouldn't? I know it's partly because will power is finite, and here at my inlaws, every surface has a candy dish, bowl of chocolate, bag of chips, tray of cookies etc. I'm not even exaggerating a little bit. Today at least it isn't raining and I plan to be outside as much as possible.

i will update my stats Wednesday.

hope everyone has a great week!

Hi! Yay for 11 months! You've done so well!

I know that, for me, moderation is a big issue. For old me, I thought it was only eating half a pizza instead of a whole one. Or only having one pint of ice cream a week instead of seven. So I know that moderation is not really something I'm capable of outside of very controlled cir****tances.

My weight is being a punk since my recent period. But I've also made some less than optimal food choices so I'm not surprised.

Ugh, seriously? I gained THREE pounds last week? BAH. I need to rein myself in.

Maintenance is such a struggle. I'm having snacking struggles specifically at work, I need to work on better snack choices so right now I'm working on finding better things to bring to work so if I do snack I don't snack horribly.

Goal: Maintain at or below 140...which I say that and I think I would freak out if I hit 140!

Well I guess I will join in for some accountability. Hi guys! Maybe this will help move things along. It seems to be going so very slow at this point. Anyway...

Hello,

My struggles was allowing sweets back in. But I've set a weight limit and if I hit it I reign in my eating. As you can see from last week and this week.

Finally got to weigh in! Worth the wait i suppose. I'm now half the weight I was when I started this thing! Can you imagine! I remember when I started out and saw people posting about that milestone. I put that number out of my head when I first calculated it, as being too much and too far away to even consider...less than a year later, here we are.

and I squeaked in at exactly 10 pounds lost in the last month. It's an arbitrary goal I set for myself, and I always think each month is the last time I'll meet it!

Not going to lie, while I'm mostly excited to be hitting these goals, there's also a part of me that's getting a little overwhelmed by it all...

stats:

HW: 378

LW: 191.8

TW:189.6

goals: next goal is 178, 200 pounds lost. Wut.
