I have never had any issues with my sugar prior to having RNY. Now Im 1.5 years out and every couples weeks it happens. I know when it does bc my vision is slightly different, I get hot and shaky. My sugar is like 50..or 2.6mmol.  Any suggestions.

best to talk to your pcp or an endocrinologist

but I would increase my complex carbs

also make shore you don't drink anything for 1 hour after eating

you might be suffering from reactive hypoglycemia which is common with the rny because you don't have a functioning pyloric valve anymore   which controls the speed of food leaving your stomach ( now pouch)
