Low blood sugar in the heat

I was sleeved almost two weeks ago.  I am a Type 2 who for the last 12 years has eaten very carefully and maintained A1c between 5 and 6.  I always have trouble keeping my sugars up when it is hot out.  Once I was discharged from the hospital I began checking often and I've seen readings between the 70's and 115 which I am happy with. Yesterday I found myself feeling really weak and exhausted, checked and I was in the 50's.  I'm still on liquids, and will move to purees on Wednesday.  Is there anyone who might want to share their experience keeping their blood sugar up after surgery?  I don't want to drink fruit juice or eat frosting because I feel it will defeat the purpose.  I'm unable to tolerate glucose tabs.   I know I need to call my NUT and Endo and I will, but I like hearing from those who have lived it too.

Either low or high blood pressure for human are dangerous it would make a person to faint so we need to have balance blood preasure.
