Weird question--anyone get gas or bloating from green olives?

And now, for a little fluff! Well, it's a real problem, but not all that serious or anything!

I've had some killer bloating the last two afternoons. It hits about 4 and last about 4 hours, so I'm suspecting it's something in the chicken salad I've eaten for lunch the last couple days. I made this myself, so I know the only ingredients are rotisserie chicken, Hellman's mayo, and diced green olives along with a little of the brine. Had it plain yesterday, and on lo-carb bread today.

I've had chicken a zillion times, so I can't imagine it's that. Ditto on the mayo. I've had green olives sporadically and not noticed this, but it's the one thing I don't eat regularly, so I'm just speculating it's that.

Anyone, or am I just my own unique freak?

Maybe is the combination of the ingredients? Hope you feel better soon.

Peace and good.

I love olives, especially green ones. So I can't say they do that to me - but we're all different.

There are carbs in green olives, but not a lot and not as much as in black or Greek olives. How olive-y is your salad?

Carbs typically don't give me problems. Well, as far as gas goes, anyhoo.

There are maybe 10 diced olives to about 10 oz. of chicken, so we're not talking half a jar or anything.

Hmm. That little dab doesn't seem enough to bother anything, but obviously it's bothering you. I r stumped.
