Reminds me of the haggis I ate 2 weeks ago in Scotland. It was good!

I'm from south-eastern PA originally and very familiar with scrapple (love it!). Your goetta looks right up my alley!

I was thinking the same thing. Not that I was there 2 weeks ago, dammit, but a buncha years ago. LOL Went with friends and stayed with their Gaelic-speaking auld Grannie, who cooked haggis, ****a-leekie soup, roast mutton & banger with neeps & tatties. YUM!

I gotta getta Goetta! :-)
