What foo-foo drink can you order from Starbucks...
At my local asian market, I bought a set of soy sauce bottles (for bento lunches). You can also buy them super-cheap online.

I just fill them with my syrups from the big bottles. That way, I can sweeten my work coffee, soda and greek yogurt at lunch with them, etc. Bring vanilla with you, you can make your own diet vanilla coke.

I live in the sticks, so I have no Starbucks here. I am also not a coffee drinker, but do love espresso. The local coffee house here makes something called a macchioto (I'm not sure on the spelling). It's espresso swirled into steamed half and half. I add a splash of sugar free whatever syrup. It's delicious, and causes me no problems digestively. Well, only one. It hits me like a bad crack buzz (I think - having never tried crack). My heart starts racing, my hands start shaking and I feel like I want to go take on some crazy activity like washing my windows, skydiving or training for a marathon.

Hi, I just bought some sf Torani pumpkin PIe syrup from amazon.com, I plan on decanting it into a small bottle (one of those 3oz travel bottles) and taking it with me in the car. Then I can get a breve latte and add my own pumpkin fix!!

Does anyone drink the McDonalds Iced Coffees? They are yummy and half the price. In the morning I get a Large SF Vanilla Iced Coffee with extra cream. It's $1.99 before tax. Right now they only have the one SF flavor but it's so good. I'm lactose intollerant and I can drink one with out a Lactaid pill.

If I am out and about I will order coffee there and just add 1/2 & 1/2.
Have you tried taking Digestive Advantage Lactose Intolerance? I capsule every morning and I can drink milk again if I want!! They have it at most chain drugstores and Walmart. It's about $8.00 for a months worth. Can't hurt to try it.
