Actually - all of the Mexican mole' type recipes sound really good. I've been teaching my students this week a song about Mexican chocolate and mole, LOL.

Yummo!!!! I may have to experiment with other flours or sweeteners, but the overall concept is awesome! The BBQ sauce looks especially delish! I'll post back if I try any of these (not that I'm a big cook, so don't hold your breath - but they look great!) I did save the page to my computer, and the bacon cookie pic to my screensaver file! Thanks!
I don't bake often at all, but if I do i use wheat flour (tried soy flour once and it was terrible) and I use Splenda. I made oatmeal raisin choc. chip cookies once, they were good, but I liked them way too much, wanted to eat more and more. I once made banana bread and used wheat and Splenda for both, came out really good.I almost bougtht choc. chips yesterday to make the bacon cookies, but I passed it up for now, still trying to really watch the carbs.
