Protein Shake Detox?
I don't think you'd suffer any physical sickness but you might want to kill somebody...LOL You can get back on track by adding the shakes back in and choosing wonderful food protein choices as well. We as humans feel the need to chew. Stock up on some yummy gourmet cheeses, fatty meats...bacon, ribeye and things like that. You'll be a much happier camper.
