Colonoscopy post-DS--what are your tips?

 Thank you! This is exactly the thing I was trying to remember. Good tip on the wipes, and I'm all about blinking and waking up in recovery!

And yes, the targeted ads are super-creepy. I got that same one for the book.

The banner ad that I see above the post is for Colonoscopy for Dummies.

Diana has it spot on. Be sure to ask for a low-volume prep. I didn't know to do that and got the GALLON of NuLytely. I got through less than half, but apparently, that was sufficient. The test was a non-event. I got good drugs, woke just before they finished (totally bizarre!), and farted like mad in recovery. No worries, everyone else is doing the same.

 You know, I was worried for a moment about a DS fart in public. But then it occurred to me--how could there possibly be a DS stink to any farts? There won't be anything left to make stinky with!

Lots of sound but no fury. LOL
