The muscle building definitely helps. Its never going to completely resolve my excess skin issues, but I can tell you, my back is NOT flabby. My arms, butt, inner thighs, neck, face... Boobs..lol, could all use some nipping and tucking. But I'm in no hurry.
But, in relation. I started at 253 pounds, 53% body fat. I'm now at 21.9% body fat, with 106 pounds of lean body mass. That means I was 118 pounds of lean body mass before. So after all that, to be down only a net of 12 pounds of muscle? Sign me up for a lifetime of weight training!
