Finally was able to get over 2k calories. So, we'll see how it goes.

L - chicken salad

D - salsbury steak

S - hot dog w/ 1 slice ww bread

S - Roma tomato with Italian dressing
L - 2lbs crab legsI
S - 1/2 c carbsmart ice cream
D - 2 piece tilapia fried fish

Carbs - 19 (may have slice of bread with fish since I have the room)

Fluids - 80+
exercise - 1 hour (30 min jogging 30 min walking)
Vits - all done except bedtime

B:  2 Scoop Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Shake w/3 ounce Heavy cream
S: 1 Egg w/diced ham & turkey
L: Ham & Cheese Roll up's
    1 serving of Pretzel Nuggets
S: Reese's Crispy Crunchy Bar (keeping it honest...)
D: Chicken cutlet and a veggie
S: Don't know yet

Morning - Done
Noon - Done
Evening - Done
Bedtime - Pending

Exercise:
Off today - Tomorrow at 6:30am, I meet with my trainer Eddie.


Excluding my snack tonight:
Protein - 119
Carbs - 54 (58-4 fiber = 54 Net)

Hi Gina and everyone,

Record high here today....108. Ugh.

Gina, on the NC pulled pork, do you mix the sauce in with the meat or have folks add the amount on they want? I'm fixing it for our Sunday family dinner.

Had my first bites of salad last night and tonight that I've had since early December! I cannot believe I'll lose anymore weight eating like this.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Swiss cheese (10)
L: turkey (7), cheese (5), 1/2 pita (3), avocado, tomato
S: carbsmart fudge bar

D: grilled pork (7), salad with lots of dressing
S: ? Shake cake maybe

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 1.5 mile mall walk. BF wanted to stop...I could have kept going.

I mix in about 3/4 the sauce and let folks add their own at the table. It can be too hot for some folks with all the red pepper and such.

Your Bites look awesome, Gail. Let's see what the scale says at the end of the month.

Polska sausage with mustard

Vites check. Fluids check. Exercise I taught my obedience class tonight and worked with Vamp a little bit.

Off to Athens GA for a weekend of flyball.  Lots of protein packed and ready to go.  Need to get the vites ready and pack clothes and pack for the dog and and and....  Shew... al lot to do still.
