D - Chinese take-out (shrimp in lobster sauce (no rice) and a spring roll)

morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1 -15 minute walk

Today I haven't been that hungry...

L - hamberger with munster cheese and bbq sauce
S - sunflower seeds
S - 3 pieces provolone cheese
D - protein shake (30g)

All vites done but evening batch

Did 25 minutes on the stationary bike at the Y

Hi Gina and everyone,

Bad stomach this afternoon. First episode I've had in a couple of weeks. I know that I just can't eat leftovers except Brok's pizza.

B: bacon (10), double protein shake. (46)
L: leftover pork (14. ?).....it was still moist...o well
S: Nothing
D: nothing

Will do a shake when things settle down

Vites and fluids behind. Exercites: none today.

I honestly think it's just one of those things. I am excited about the new variety I've been able to add to my diet.

(*sigh*)

B/S/L: 2 Fried Eggs and sausage on a Bagel and a side of Bacon (I munched on this all day long)
S: 2 Ham & Cheese Roll ups
D: 1 serving of Tabatchnick Minestrone Soup (it was gross, don't eat it)
S: 2 Champion Banana Scream Shakes

Vitamins:
Morning - Done
Noon - Done
Evening - Done
Bedtime - Pending


ETA my carbs & protein counts:

Protein: 154
Carbs: 80 (90-10 fiber = 80 net)

Exercise
1 hour with my trainer (circuit/cross training)

I weighed in this morning 3 pounds fatter than I was on Sunday.  I was so pissed off and discouraged that I went for the bagel at breakfast.  After reading everyone's kind comments on Facebook, I backed off and ate "right" the rest of the day.  I embarrassed myself at the gym by slamming a machine twice (everyone stared at me).  My day at work was crazy.  I had a fight with my father because he favors my demented, alcoholic sister so much that I want to vomit.  And I haven't slept more than 4 hours a night once this week.

Hoping today goes better for you, Janina. Sounds like your dad is a enabler of the worst kind...{sigh} nothing good ever comes from that, I don't think.

Don't worry about the gym, that happens to everyone and folks that turn and look won't even remember it the next day and they've done it themselves too. No worries.

Happy Friday all, today's bites and vites:
3 protein coffees
2 cheese sticks
almonds
jerky
bit of spaghetti w/a couple meatballs
toppings off pizza
carrots and pita chips (finally done) with dips
water is good
bedtime vites are pending
