Bad stomach this afternoon. First episode I've had in a couple of weeks. I know that I just can't eat leftovers except Brok's pizza.

I weighed in this morning 3 pounds fatter than I was on Sunday. I was so pissed off and discouraged that I went for the bagel at breakfast. After reading everyone's kind comments on Facebook, I backed off and ate "right" the rest of the day. I embarrassed myself at the gym by slamming a machine twice (everyone stared at me). My day at work was crazy. I had a fight with my father because he favors my demented, alcoholic sister so much that I want to vomit. And I haven't slept more than 4 hours a night once this week.

Don't worry about the gym, that happens to everyone and folks that turn and look won't even remember it the next day and they've done it themselves too. No worries.
