(Dumb) Quarterly Ins. Board Meeting*&PIC*

Maybe someone can "see" this better than I can, caues I just keep self doubting myself.

I appealed to my insurance company (The Board Of Trustees) and according the Return Receipt it was received on June 6th at the insurance company. And according to the insurance booklet, they have hearings by the Board at their quarterly meetings. So, 4 times a year, I suspect.

Can ayone shed any light, give encouragement for me to continue to be patient or anything else, PLEASE????!!!!!!!???????

I don't have any information to help, just thinking that if it is quarterly then they will be meeting in September (which seems like a lifetime, but is not that far off)... I just want to say keep the faith and don't give up... Everything happens for a reason... and when you are finally on the other side you will smile and remember that you are there because you fought for yourself... We are our best advocates!! Keep advocating for yourself!!! :)

SMH..... Each time I hear someone talk about insurance problems it just boils my blood. The only thing I can tell you is hang in there and keep the faith. Can you call them to check on the status? Which insurance is this by the way? I know people say be patient and believe me that is so hard to do but as long as you keep fighting everything will work out for your favor.

Girl I agree with you. Makes no sense for the amount of insurance we payout monthly and we have to fight for what we want that will make us healthy. SMDH!

Thank you for the encouraging words of wisdom!!!! The insurance (it is the secondary insurance) is Alaska United Food Worker's (a.k.a. Safeway). I waited to ask this board of sister's and brothers before I contacted the insurance company, now, I will contact them, and probably get the same answer, or close to it anyways.......

It is just hard to be patient...... I have done -- WITH MUCH, MUCH HELP -- everything that I can, and now.... the 'ball' is in the other court. So, more waiting.......

I will be patient and "hang in there". Waiting is always the hardest part. The rest of the process is stressful and frustrating, but the waiting, UUUUGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!
