I haven't lost but one lb in ages...not sure how long but long enough.

Breakfast
Double protein shake
2 eggs with bacon

No snack

Lunch
Grilled cheese with turkey on one slice of low carb bread

No snack

Dinner
Meat loaf (eggs, low sugar ketchup and parmesian cheese)
Dreamfields mac and cheese
Teaspoon of green beans

Snack???

Vites all done but dinner and bedtime
Fluids...working on it...almost 64 oz will probably have a lot more
Walked entire grocery store and it's a big one.   I need more exercise but dang it's hot here.

MM:  I've been in this slump for ages...seriously I'm beginning to wonder what's going on.  I did eat some more yesterday...quiche obviously no crust later in the evening and some turkey with cheese...got hungry but that shouldn't have affected my "no weight loss."  I'm mystified...I don't exercise currently cause I can't afford a gym right now (paying off dog vet bill) I do walk when ever I can but man oh man it's hot here right now.

Thanks for looking & posting...I'll just keep trying.  I can't eat that much anyway...something has to come off, don't you think?

Good evening everyone!  I'm writing from work still since I know when I get home I have absolutely NO intention of getting online...I'm so sick of computers! LOL  I think I went a bit higher on the carbs today than I should have and it's all a lack of planning.  I gotta get better at this planning thing....

B- Jimmy Dean Sausage/egg/cheese breakfast bowl (removed all the taters and tossed em)
S - Atkins oatmeal square
L - Insides of a Chick-fil-a chicken caesar wrap drowned in caesar dressing
S - 6 chick-fil-a nuggets dipped in honey mustard (see...pesky carbs!)
S - 6 chick-fil-a nuggest dipped in honey mustard
D - 4 oz cheeseburger with bacon (no bun) mayo, ketchup and mustard and a few pickle chips
S - Atkins chocolate coconut bar (planned)

Total protein - 147g
Total carbs - 76g

Fluids - 56 ozs so far but still have 3 hrs of awake time
Vites - All in but 1 calcium and bedtime batch

***I think I need to layoff two atkins products in a day...I'm getting horrible gas and that's all I can contribute it to since it began yesterday when I started eating them.  Must be those pesky sugar alcohols****
