I think I'm officially in a stall.
On the other hand, I tried on capris today in size 18 and 16. I felt weird looking at regulat sizes, but no one looked at me weirdly., like I din't belong.
B: Bacon (10), double protein shake (46)

L: 1/2 LC pita with turkey, cheese and tomato (12)
S: carbsmart fudge bar

D: 2 shrimp ( too salty), part of a hamburger, part of a chicken wing, 1 bite mashed potatoes, 1 bite Cole slaw, 1 biscuit with lots of butter, small tomato

Exercites: 26 min on recumbent bike, 1/2 hr in pool
Edit: Gina, Dr. K recommended a vitamin D injection for the osteopena and to avoid things which deplete my calcium, which I already do.

HI Guys, not a bad day today I guess...
B - low carb wrap full of bacon, cheese and mayo, coffee with HC 25g
S - protein shake 25g
L - low carb wrap with goats cheese and roasted veggies, hummus, iced tea 20g
S - roast chicken sliced & dipped in blue cheese dip 20g
D - iced coffee, chilli with sour cream and shredded cheese 30g
Dessert - peach cobbler with peach ice cream (ooopsss!! lol)
S - iced decaf protein coffee (35g)

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
