Too busy at work to eat again today. Not grazing throughout the day isn't normal for me. I missed my baby carrots and popcorn :-(

Hi Gina and everyone,
How did the briefing with the general go, Gina. Work sounds crazy for you right now. Hopefully it'll settle down soon.

Did labs this morning with DH. He had 3 tubes drawn and I had 12. Then it was off to Starbucks and my protein shake. I am official "overweight" now and no longer obese.

B: double protein shake (46)
S: deviled egg (7)
L: shrimp scampi (14) and a few bites of salad (lunch with a friend at Olive Garden)
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: deviled egg (3)
D: will be having grilled pork and caesar salad after my walk
S: shake

Vites: laying catch up because of labs.
Fluids: doing fine.
Exercites: on my way to mall walk.

Pretty good, I think. We have another briefing due the middle of next month. Your day looks like it's going well. I'm going to try to get out and walk in the morning before it gets too hot. 

Congrats on your success so far. You've come a long way, baby!

I'm just catching up with you, Shireen. . I thought it was slow before, but now it's rreeaallyyyy slow. Oh, well....HUGS to you, already planning my trip out on December. Oh, and starting to talk PS with DH.

 I feel so bad, I don't get to come and post on this thread as often as I should. But, I've been consistant at getting 100 or more grams of protein in, and less than 50 net carbs ****il today).

B- double scoop protein shake (43g)
S- 1/4 cinnamon raisin bagel w/ butter 
L- sliced turkey breast & mozz cheese (12g)
S- Turkey Jerky  (20g)
D- KFC grilled chicken leg & thigh (28)
     coleslaw (about 1/2 of their ind. serving)
S- 1/2 c. rainbow sherbet 

Which gives me 106g protein so far.... 

All but my night vites in.
Fluids- I've drank over 2 quarts of jus****er today, not counting the sf lemonades and diet soda I drank. 

Exercise- Ummmm... it's too damn hot to do any real exercise today. Maybe I'll try swimming later tonight.

Looks good to me. If you're doing 100+ grams of protein a day consistently, you're golden!

Evening everyone. Tonight is the last night in VA then head home to FL tomorrow afternoon. It is hot as hell up here with heat wave...how are u surviving Gina????

I've been struggling to get in my protein while traveling. I think once I am out on my own without my boss it will be better, let's hope so. The protein bars I eat in the morning are giving me gloating all day and they have never done that before...weird.

B - vanilla cream power crunch protein bar
S - Atkins oatmeal square
L - 10 Wendy's chicken nuggets dipped in ranch
D - 6 oz steak tips dipped in balsamic vinagraitte with asparagus
S - 2 grilled chicken tenders and a few bites of chocolate cake from room service (ok, don't kill me but TOM showed up today and I'm craving chocolate)

Fluids...80 ozs
Votes....all in except bedtime
Exercites...riding the elevator..lol

lol  I have been staying inside as much as possible. It's too hot to go out walking and work has been keeping me super busy anyway.

It is hard to figure out how to travel easily at first, especially if you're having to do it with the boss hanging around.

i am all stuffed up with a nasty head cold.  lips are chapped. sore throat and a snotty nose.  i shouldn't complain.  this is the 1st time i have been sick since my wls.

salami - it was so good i just kept eating slices of it

3 forkfuls of pork fried rice
popcorn

big mac minus the two outside buns
few fries
m&m w/peanuts
