OK, I realize the labs are going to trickle in and I won't keep starting new threads, but I am tickled about my D, so I'm starting this one:

  Standard Range 10/9/2009 12/17/2009 7/6/2010 1/6/2011 7/19/2011
VITAMIN D 25 HYDROXY 30-100 ng/mL 50 54 41 69 78

I'm not sure I understand why the graph function only pulled up results going back to 2009, but I went back and found some more:

Name Standard Range 7/20/2007 7/9/2008 3/18/2009 6/30/2009
VITAMIN D 25, D3   34 33 43 56

And I haven't really been out in the sun yet this summer (perhaps this weekend the pool will be ready to go and it will be warm enough to justify turning the heater on.

Do you have any special "tricks"?  Take it at a certain time of day?  Add Vitamin K somewhere? (This is something Dr. Stewart was talking to me about today D and K together)

My D was a little low on my labs today, so would love to know what you are doing!

Thanks!

I take K three times a week, with my D.

But remember, I only take my vitamins twice a day.

My regimen:

AM:
2 Citrical maximums (= 630 mg)
1 500 mg vitamin C (chewable - I set aside as a "reward" for taking my vites)
1 50 mg zinc
1 PDU (new probiotic has been received, but I'm going to finish the old bottle first)
1 Protonix
1 Prenavite (prenatal vitamin)
2 Adderall XR

PM:
2 Citrical maximums (= 630 mg)
1 500 mg vitamin C (chewable - I set aside as a "reward" for taking my vites)
1 50 mg zinc
1 PDU (new probiotic has been received, but I'm going to finish the old bottle first)
1 Protonix
1 D3 (50K I!)
1 K1 (dose?) 3 times a week
1 137 ug levoxyl
