This is a follow up post from earlier in the week. As I said then, if this goes against your beliefs or you are a non believer then please don't participate in the thread - I am not looking for negativity or bigotry .

I saw the medium today and it was a very positive experience.
she told me things about my husbands passing and even mentioned one of our Yorkies who was definitely a "daddys girl" and very attached to my late husband. I felt better afterwards, as though things were more settled and I had gottne some level of closure on some of the stuff around his sudden and very shocking passing.

Thanks for your support guys, I shed a few tears today but definitely feel better. I even discussed WLs with the medium afterwards, she has been considering RNY and we talked about the DS and the benefits etc and she said she would look us up on OH!!

I'm glad you had a good experience with her. I think they can help settle our minds on things. I was traveling with one of my coworkers down to VA Beach where her husband is from and she took me to see a friend of the family who is a respected reader.  She did our sessions while the other watched and listened. That was i***** or 95.  It was very interesting and several things she told us have come to pass.  I should see if I can find the recording and play it again.

I'm glad you are getting some closure.  Generally, that's the hardest to deal with when you don't know why.  More power to you for finding help.  Hugs

I'm happy you had a positive experience.  Feeling any tidbit of "settled" is necessary.
