FINALLY! As of this morning I am 100 pounds down from my surgery a year ago. I did not lose for about 5 months, partially because of food choices, but it also turns out my thyroid was out of whack. I got my thyroid meds tweaked a couple of weeks ago and just started dropping weight again. I am so excited to finally be moving in the right direction.

So, how do I get one of those nifty membership cards?

Hey Pamela! Congratulations. That is fantastic. And good news about getting your thyroid meds straightened out. I am going to have to work tomorrow and won't make it. One of these days, I will have an employee who can manage on their own Saturdays.
