I don't know how to say this nicely.

The poor woman doesn't even know WHAT she had done and thinks it is maybe a DS.

I think that she has a limited capacity for knowledge.  

There was a post she made here a while back and no one could get through to her. Not. One. Person.

Oh, her. Nobody's ever gotten through to her, so don't waste your time. Maybe if she gets sick enough she'll eventually listen to someone here, but it hasn't happened yet.

 
She's asking about her surgery on a geography board, instead of the main board or her particular surgery board?

She didn't like the meen people here.

The surgical group she went to is known for unethical shenanigans. The owner even claims to be a surgeon, and isn't.

I've never known of an actual DS done there, and if she got one I'd be amazed. I'm relieved she is at least OK after going to that strip mall clinica, but she won't listen to anyone, or give useful answers. She's on her own.
