Vitamin D - Healthy Range??
I spoke to my surgeon's bariatric nurse today re my D and she said it was totally fine at 23.4 as the lab's range is 10-42 ug/L, although my lab result form does say that IDEAL is 20-50 ug/L.
Am I really not that low after all?? TIA.

Not sure how your 20-50 ug/L correlates with our 30-100 ng/ml. But DS'er's need to be as close to 100 as possible on the US scale. So however that compares to what your lab range is...stay at the top end.
IF your lab form says 20-50 and you are at 23.4, I would keep going...trying to get it as close to 50 as you can.
