When should I take my vites?

I need to take
My thyroid med and an allergy nasal spray upon waking.
Also,
A Multi
vit-D (I have the 50,000 since my level is 27)
Calcium
Folic Acid (I'm low)
Iron (I'm low & getting infusions)
Copper (I'm low)
Zinc (I'm low)
Then at bed time I take my Zoloft, Zyrtec, and the nasal spray again. I'm so overwhelmed! Which can I take together? I know I shouldn't take the calcium and iron together. I don't want to be taking pills every hour or 2 so that's why I want to know which ones I can take together and the best time to take them.

My best guess for vitamins in-bewtween the wakeip and bedtime meds would be:

calcium (500-600mg doses), folic acid, vit D, and copper together

Multi, and zinc together

Iron by iteself (add extra vit c with the iron.

Anywhere from 2 to 3 hours in between - depending on your schedule (mid morning, after lunch, after dinner?)

It's hard to get the schedule down but once you develop the habit you will find it easier and easier.

I take iron and C first thing in the morning (C helps absorption of iron)

I take my multi and B together

I take my Calcium doses in the afternoon

I take my zinc and copper together (they are supposed to enhance absorption of each other)

I take my dry vits alone at night.
