How do I get ahold of him to see process in starting this? Some of you have referred him as being a DS patient? How did you start the procedure process? It was $13,000 USD for surgery? Please someone who has had this surgery from this surgeon advise me. Thanks in advance

If you want to stay in the states. I have seen that Dr. Greenbaum in NJ is doing the DS for around this amount, for self-pay. Just wanted to throw that out.

Dr. Matthew Metz in Denver is $21,000 for self pay
