FYI - Benefits of Fiber

I noticed when I used the high fiber flatbread it instantly helped curve my appetite, cause my stool to be solid instead of diaherrea, and causes me to used the bathroom. In addition it is good to make sure you get enough of H2O (water).  Another great additive to use for weight loss.  This is just another option to try to see if it can work for you.

Hi there! Can you tell me how much fiber you had to make things firmer?  Or how much you have in a typical day. Ihave other issues but im thinking when the c-diff goes away this will be helpful :)

The recommedneded daily dose for women is 20 grams, average is 15 grams per day.  When I eat flatbread that is 36% of your daily fiber, which is 9 grams, I can tell a significant difference.  So I would play around with it to find out what works best for you, or if it works for you.
