Slim Fast as a Coffee Creamer!

I really miss coffee creamer. The other day I found some vanilla Slimfast at the dollar store. 20gr protein and 1 carb. After I tasted it, I decided to put it in my coffee and it was really good!

You need to read the label though and make sure the one you find is low carb. Some of them are loaded with sugar and there are quite a few different varieties.

I've done it with vanilla protein drink, but from my former dieting life, swore of slimfast and every other diet drink or food forever.

Always good to come up with high protein / low carb alternatives. Good idea.

I add a Premier chocolate or vanilla protein shake to a cup of black coffee as a breakfast on the go! Works all the time.
