Protein first in the morning, I eat chicken first..High protein, definitely in the mornimg...above 30 grams. Some people do 100 grams with food a say. I start offy day at least 30, min.

Enough iron with Vitamin C

Vitamin B-12 1,000 (2) for a couple weeks.

2 multi morning, 2 evening....some peope take 2 in afternoon
