I am close to 14 years out and if I feel 'full' I have eaten too much. I can't imagine eating 2000 calories a day. You know what you need to do. It's not how much you can eat. Weigh measure and stop. It didn't fail can do this but might need some therapy. Best of luck . Stop searching for the ' full feeling' please

You do have a choice . You can painstakingly build muscle through everyday long workouts ( which will also burn off the fat) . I really suggest swimming as this does not risk diabetic foot injuries and is extremely effective for the time involved. Walking after meals for at least twenty minutes is also hugely effective ( and romantic if you do it with you SO )

((())) good luck
