abdominoplasty

Is there anyone here who had weight loss surgery, then had abdominoplasty paid for by insurance or OHIP due to severe skin deterioration/infections under the folds?  I am already having yeast infections and some days it stinks like something dead is living under there, even though I wash and dry thoroughly and also apply calmoseptine diaper rash creme.  It hurts like crazy and sometimes itches so bad I scratch till it bleeds.  I don't know what to do next.
