Hello Active People

I read this board but rarely post. Thanks for all of the great information from everyone. I learned a lot from the posts about protein a few days ago. I keep very active, lift weights and do a lot of cardio. I think that is what has really helped in my journey. I have gained the ability to workout hard for life. I don't have a question right now, just this comment. Julie
