Chest and Shoulder day 12:30 pm to 1:40 pm @ Power Shack gym 10 min warm up - walking, stretching and abs High Incline DB Press Hammer Close Grip Incline press Dips Flat DB Flyes 1 Arm DB Press Body Master Front Press Icarian lateral raise Upright row Icarian Reverse Grip row (light just pump some blood in there) supersetted with Decline Situp/twist 8 pm @ work gym walk treadmill EZ 2.8 mph, 45 min at level 5
