One mile run then very angry leg weights workout (spurred by being last at everything in karate last night and sucking on wind sprints and various other torture stuff.) Accompanied by Drowning Pool, Disturbed, Old Ozzy, and Metallica.

It did! Slowly came out of my funk over the morning and patted myself on the back for making myself get up and go. I was ready to quit karate this morning, and tonight I am going back for Hell Class, Round 2.

70 minutes on the bike trainer. Went to to pool to swim but swam 1 length and experienced excruciating back pain, so I didn't get to do it. I learned from my ITBS injury to not try to be a bad ass and push through the pain, to just stop and give it a chance to heal.

Light day with PT for the shoulder.  My shoulder is so sore after PT but not the pain it was now it is just muscle fatigue.

Cleared to try and do a swim on monday so outlook is getting better each day.
