Interval running today.  trying to build up the endurance to run a whole mile.  Got up to four laps of the 1/11th track.

Fun day for me at the Gym.

.25 mile warm up at 5.5
3.1 miles
       1.5 miles of hills 
       1.6 miles of intervals @ 7.5mph for minute followed by 6.0 recovery for a minute.
.25 mile cooldown For a total of 33 minutes

30 min weights legs
20 min Spin
.5 mile treadmill. Call it a microbrick LOL I just had to make sure my legs remembered how to go from pedal to run.

I feel like I've been MIA for the last week and a half, not really doing my workouts, missing a week of strength training, eating too much. Don't know where my mind was out but not a good place. But it felt good to get back into it today.

struggled a bit with mental and physical fatigue this morning, so i cut my workout and run short.  did a 10k on the treadmill @ 1.0% incline in a little less than 49 minutes.  did some walking and streching and skipped the strength training for today.  tomorrow is another day.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
