New to the exercise board - introducing myself!

Hi all!

Just wanted to introduce myself! I am 4 months post RNY and just started brisk walking/jogging about 3 weeks ago. Friday was my furthest distance since surgery at just over 4 miles. I registered for the Iron girl 5K in Del Mar, CA in 2 weeks, and can't wait.

So thankful at this new lease on life... and to actually be able to jog!!! Amazing.

I also am registered for the Rock & Roll half marathon in Feb and another one next June, my year surgiversary.

So thankful for this board and all of you here. Nice to meet you all!
