18 Months Out..+Cold Weather Running Question

Well I just had my 18 month appointment on Tuesday and I'm happy to say this crazy ride (RNY+Exercise) has helped me lose 106% of my excess!  So thankful!

What a strange turn of events... I was chatting with my nutritionist and commented that two years ago I was 135lbs heavier and she and I would talk about proper nutrition, etc.  Now she and I were talking about where I could find a good first Triathlon to enter next summer.  Never in a million years would I have seen such a change in conversations in just two years.  blessed

So on to the question phase of this post. :)  Any guys out there have any good recomendations for running tights?  My first run for 2012 is on New Year's day, and while it's "only" a 5K, it will most likely be in arctic temperatures (I woke up to 8 degrees this morning).  I was looking at some of the Cold Gear tights from Under Armor (~$50).  Any experience with those?

Any suggestions?  I had better get off the treadmill and get my butt outside soon or my lungs will rebel on me in January.

Happy Friday!
John

Check out Starter at Walmart as well. I have a pair of them and they work pretty well. I am a big fan of running tights. My tush likes to stay warm. LOL TMI.

Gratz on the conversation. I am waiting for my Nut to come back from maternity leave. (January). We have some conversations to be had as well.
