Friday Workouts!!!

For me, my 35 day running streak is over.  There were too many runs of 1.2,1.5, 1.7 mles.  While that technically keeps the streak pre my own standard, it was not the intent to just do the minimum most days.  I just don't have enough time every day and more importantly, I'm tired of making it a priority and thinking about it.

Anyway, nothing today.  Maybe later.

Well. 35 days is great! I ran 3 miles today (31 days) in the pouring rain. Not sure how it's going to work this winter, since I am only counting running outdoors as part of the streak. Keep having fun!

Physical therapis ordered rest today after about 4 hours of exercise and therapy yesterday.  Needless to say I am pretty sore too.

That's a shame because I think those shorter runs are valuable.

I am hoping to go for a walk or run Monday as my first post-concussion workout. I am planning to do the "run every day" thing come Jan.

I figure if I run 10 min. every day, I am running 6-8 miles a week and going for 70 min and then I can build on that and make one of those runs my long run and one my medium run.
