Friday the 13th Workouts!!!

I hit off a 2.3 mile run this morning before everyone else got up.  I went outside all bundled up and realized that it was about 50 degrees.  This has been a crazy winter in Southern New England.

2nd day of being sick.  i haven't done anything since goofy last weekend.  hopefully i'm over the hump on this cold/flu tonight and back in the saddle this weekend.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 finally over my cold and did 3.5 miles and finally walked/jogged under a 15 minute mile.....ok so it was 14:50 but its still under 15!!!!!!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

2nd day of nada for me!  The trip to the ER and the cause for it the other night really kicked my butt!  I'll be back hard at it hopefully next week, or as hard as a full liquid/pureed diet will allow for the week.

3-mile run today in the rain and wind. Thanks a lot, Scott. Every day since November 23rd. Cold weather is definitely going to make it tougher to get outside and run.

 3rd rest day in a row after a week full of urgent care visits and feeling like crap. Looking forward to getting outside tomorrow for a ride.

60 mins of weights - shoulders
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I worked out with the trainer-
4 stations of 30 seconds (except the last - 1min) 8 visits to each station - 45lb weighted bar thrusters, walking lunges with 12lb med ball, deadlift row w/45lb bar, high knees (1min)
Then did 10 minutes spin and 5 on stationary bike
