pushed a 45 minute spin class as hard as I could and followed it with a 3.1 mile run in 26 minutes.  Hoping my off-season focus on intensity rather than duration is gonna pay off.  Ready to start adding in some distance work this week in preparation for my first half marathon in 4 weeks.

 Today's run. Nice easy pace. I like it when I can go out for an easy run and have this kind of time. It tells me my fitness and running legs are improving.

I did an hour on the elliptical (the one without the arms...the others were filled with sweaty people). First half hour at level 5/1 and 10/3 (I think that was it). Second half hour I messed with the buttons and did 10/1 and 10/8.
