Wednesday Workouts!!!

I had to take the day off of work due to a school rule that does not allow students to return to school within 24 hours of throwing up.  They don't seem to care about the fact that my son can throw up on command by eating quickly and drinking water.  While I am very annoyed that I had to miss a day of work for nothing, I was very excited that I had a great run this morning that I otherwise would not have had.

I ran 4 miles which I believe is my longest run of the year.  It was fairly slow but it felt pretty effortless so it was worth the trade off.

What are you up to today???

I jogged early this morning (don't get excited, only about 1/2 mile). I did 50 situps and 25 wall pushups. The rest of the day is going to be easy - trainer is working us out in the parking garage tomorrow so I need to rest while I can!

Scott,

I so wanted to stay home today.  The weather is unbelievable for March.

Today was a long interval day each at 6.9 mph
2x800 meters
1x1 mile
2x800 meters

Total run was about 5 miles.
