Marathon Monday!

Please send some good vibes and cool thoughts to all those running in the Boston Marathon today, in a record breaking heat of 80+ degrees on the course.   At John's start time of 10:40 it will  probably already be in the high 70s.

I will be joining him at mile 20 and finishing the run with him.  Race executives have warned runners of the heat and told runners that this should not be considered a RACE, but rather an EXPERIENCE!  John is all in on that philosophy, he just wants to finish in time - and due to the heat they have given an extra hour to finish.  I love responsible race directors!

Anyway, wish us luck!

Hope John had a great race!

Today I am tired, so I did a short recovery swim, 1100 meters
