OUCH! Getting back on track after a minor injury

 So. I sprain/strained my right arm recently. I'm about 80% recovered but I still can't lift more then 5 pounds without major pain. Just using the stick shift on my car hurts. I've gained an unaceptable to me amount of post winter blues weight (10 pounds) and NEED to get back into some sort of routine. I want badly to start now.

I've never been much for walking or running. My exercise routine up until now has been:
* Dancing. (nope hurts)
* yoga (nuhuh)
* Weight training (I can change machienes, but I get a little OCD about doing the full circit and I'm scared to try just yet)
* swimming (oh hells no)
*Riding my bike (nope steering still involves an awful lot of using my right arm.

SO! you lot know MUCH more about exercise then i do. What will help me best kick start my routine without hurting my arm worse? Thanks much for your support, be gentle on me, please?!
