busy week at work, but was able to squeeze in a 60 min spin class this morning.

 Taking Andrew's advice and doing a true rest day.  Last nights Spin class was great but totally zapped me of any ability to do one today.

15 minute warmup and a 1 hour spin class, followed by a 20 minute stair climber intervals.  Training hours starting to creep up... Ironman Haze starting to creep over me :)

up 8 short flights stairs - 1flight hop, 1flight jog; back down, then jog up 6flights ;
wall toss 8lb med ball - 10 reps, then 60ft suicides (20,40,60), wall ball etc for 5minute set
jump rope 2 min
overhead medball slam,10 reps, over head / side press med ball, 20reps; then 60ft sprint (down and back 120); 5minutes (last round 2 down and back sprints)
jump rope 2 min
frog jumps up ramp
jog down stairs, hop up (3 short flights)
star jumps
(5minutes)
** I was too embarrassed to do frog jumps on the ramp (because it is between my employer parking garage where we did sprints and the main building, folks walking the ramp, it crosses the street as a sky walk so folks driving under), and I felt like I cheated. So I did an extra set of frog jumps down the sidewalk behind the building... as extras
