cut it short today... felt pretty beat, but was able to put in an endurance spin class followed by a 2 mile brick run on the TM.

Did a 3.5 mile run in the 94 degree heat we got today (4 pm) wanted to go further but I just started heat training today so it was all I could manage in the heat
