60 min of strength training followed by a 60 min spin class (endurance day)

what did you do?
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

40min of intervals on the TM.  

Took Maria's endurance spin yesterday, she does a decent endurance class.

Trainer -

TOBADA workouts after 3min warmup on TM
- set = 20sec work, 10sec rest for 8 rounds / 4minutes

stairs - set of running stairs, set of every other step, set of hop steps

BOSU shuffle pushups, 45lb Sumo squat high pull, plank pulls, overhead pull ? captain chairs

3 min cool down stationary bike

Rode my bike to the flea market...Got a massage...About 1 mile each way.  Rode to the doctor and McDonalds...About another 6 miles.  Pretty hot today in CA.

Yesterday I managed my longest ride so far post WLS.

I know it doesn't seem very far to most people but I managed to do 8.5 miles last night.  I was pretty schocked and happy as I'd never crossed the 6 mile mark before.
