Finished my first 1/2 Marathon!

Yesterday I finished my very first 1/2 Marathon in Minneapolis!  So thankful and blessed to look back and think that two years ago I was still recovering from surgery and now I can run 13 miles without stopping!  Finished in 02 hours, 4 minutes, and 35 seconds.

While I lurk most of the time here, I couldn't have done it without reading all the tips, encouragements, and inspirational stories from all of you!

Next weekend I'm tackling the MS150 bike ride up here in MN, and am registered for a sprint triathlon in August.  Love summer!

That is a great time!!!  Promise not to snicker when I post a 4 hour time!!!!  :-)   Congrats!!!   This is my favorite forum. I dont think I would have the courage to even think about doing a 1/2 without the people on this board!!!
