Whats up yall!!! Today I got to the gym at 4am and knocked out a 3400 Meter Swim in 58 minutes and change, then taught my 5:45am SPIN Class, then ran (BRICKED) 5K (3.1 Miles) in 23 minutes and change.

30 min. @ 7mph on the elliptical

Deadlifts: 5 reps each @ 120 lbs., 130 lbs., 140 lbs. and 150 lbs.

Body weight squats: 5 sets of 20 reps.

Tricep dips: 1 set 50 reps, 1 set 40 reps, 2 sets 30 reps.

Might do some abdominal exercises after work depending on how I'm feeling.

 Short 35 minute run today as part of the training program. Hard not to do more, but I am going to have faith.  ;-)

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

I did the Superman Road Race in Metropolis, IL today. It's a 4 mile run and 2 mile walk. I did the 4 in right over 50 minutes. I had some weird stomach cramps going on and it was hard! I think it could be because this was a night race so I'd eaten real food earlier in the day. Today's my birthday too, btw!
